1. General Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging included.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange:
Email support@daxenio.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
Our customer support team will review your request and send you the return or exchange instructions, including the return address.
Package the item securely and include your invoice or another document showing your order number.
Ship the item to the address provided by DaXenio.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange if it meets the eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when an item is defective or an error was made by DaXenio.
4. Defective Items or Order Errors
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, contact us immediately at support@daxenio.com.
DaXenio will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.
